Let me share the journey of Suvankar, who excelled in digital marketing even though he is a hotelier.

Suvankar has taught more than 2000 student in his online mentoring journey and his digital consulting agency ____________ earned over 1 crore in revenue in the year 2026. He said he was never afraid of experimenting his ideas in the digital world .
In the year 2020 , during the pendamic scenario most companies were firing their employees worldwide due to covid 19 (1st wave) . Suvankar lost his job as a supervisor in TAJ and tried in many companies but unable to find a appropriate job for himself . After lot of struggle he decided to learn a new skill that world was moving forward to , that is “digital marketing ” and started to take free courses available in the internet but unable to stay focused to complete the courses . Finally got a oppourtunity to join DDIP(digital deepak internship programme) that was a turning point in life.

He never thought that his small decision of enrolling into a paid internship will result in so much knowledge and bring him to this position in his life. When he was struggling to learn digital marketing many of his friends and family supported him and some haven’t .
After completing the course as the best intern of batch 13 he got the initial push and got oppourtunity to work with digital deepak as a mentor of 1000+ students .His life started changing and got inspired by his mentor(Deepak Kanakaraju) and his ways to provide value to others lifes.
Started to think how he can provide value to the world and after 5 years of starting ____________. Hard work and dedication bought this dream into reality.

He thought that young talents are getting wasted as most of the companies focus on experienced staffs and due to this a large amount of talent in india are not able to reach the positions they are capable of. So he thought of recruiting potential leaders of the future and train them and recruit them instead of hiring from outside .
This idea was a experiment until 2023 when he decided to take it full time and keep a ratio of 70:30 , Where 70 % of work done in the consultancy is done by highly trained intern to get the practical knowledge and rest 30% are staffs recruited from the interns to monitor the work. And later they are recruited as a professional in his company .
